The Net Suite Developer / Consultant will manage, enhance, and optimize Tangem’s Net Suite ERP environment. This position blends technical development, systems integration, and business process consulting. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Operations, and IT to automate workflows, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across financial systems. This role is within the Finance team.

• Design, develop, and deploy Suite Scripts, Suite Flows, and Suite Talk integrations
• Customize forms, records, dashboards, and reports
• Manage user roles, permissions, and overall system security
• Oversee system audits, testing, and release management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into system enhancements
• Together with the head of finance automation, lead module rollouts, improvements
• Maintain technical documentation and provide internal training
• Provide technical support to users

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of Net Suite development and configuration experience
• Strong understanding of Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with middleware tools (Celigo, Boomi, Mule Soft, or similar)
• Knowledge of financial operations and ERP data architecture
• Net Suite certification(s) preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability and willingness to work remotely and self-organize.
