OverviewService Middle Professional began as an idea five years ago, and we have grown organically and quickly since then! It is an indescribable feeling watching our customers’ small businesses develop and realizing we’re a HUGE part of it. Having a supportive and enjoyable team environment is essential to us, especially since we’re all remote. Our mission is to create a win‑win‑win environment, where our business grows with our customers’ companies, and our brokers develop properly alongside them.
This place is 100% remote, with all training provided. If you’re the right match, we’ll invite you to shadow one of our brokers for a half hour to get a “day‑in‑the‑life” view of what we do to ensure it is for you!
To sum it up, our jobs are to be the front‑desk ambassadors for our customers. We answer their phones, use scripts to offer solutions to callers, and book appointments for those looking for services. We’re the superheroes of the residential and commercial industry!

Minimal Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- Reside in the US (note: we are unable to rent brokers from California, Colorado, Washington D.C., Florida, Illinois, New York, Oregon or Washington)
- Do not have a second job
- Sort a minimum of 40 words per minute at 100% accuracy (check yourself here!)
- Minimum of 25 hours per week (please don’t apply if you wish to work less than 25 hours per week. Due to the variable nature of our customers’ companies, this could set you up for failure to stay up‑to‑date)
- Advanced browser‑based PC skills, often several at a time when you’re on the phone and scheduling jobs for our customers (e.g., carpet cleaners, handymen, and HVAC firms)
- Minimum 12 months of direct customer support experience
- Pleasant and personable in your human interactions, whether with a stranger or a long‑time friend. We try to think about ourselves as sitting in our customers’ workplace, representing them professionally and politely as possible. If that is you, we will train you on the PC tools; your personality and engagement are more essential to us.
- Dependable, on time, and respectful of how nice it feels to watch your customers’ companies grow
- Document of contributing positively to a non‑chaotic work environment
- Confidence in navigating a Windows PC and using several browser‑based applications at a time. We do not train on basic PC skills.
- Personal PC that meets the following minimum requirements:
- Windows 10 or 11 (outdated Windows OSs, Macs, and Chromebooks are usually not suitable with our software)
- 16GB RAM
- Intel Core i5-4440, CPU 2.10 GHz
- 2 displays (we will offer additional displays upon completing training)
- Hardwired internet connection of a minimum of 40 Mbps with unlimited data and no throttling (no cellular hotspots or satellite internet for PC)
- Have a webcam connected and available to confirm your identification throughout interviews, training, and one‑on‑one sessions
- You may be provided a headset upon rental
- Answer phones for (professional) small businesses, typically about 5‑10 calls per hour
- Record results in scheduling appointments, quotes, and estimates (no cold calling or collections)
- Use several types of calendaring and customer‑relationship management (CRM) software, including Housecall Professional, Acuity Scheduling, Markate, and Job Nimbus (training will be provided)
- Capable of multitasking between speaking on the phone and typing on the PC for efficient service
- Capable of working in a fast‑paced environment and handling volume
