Market Data Analyst

We are hiring a Market Data Analyst to focus on exchange compliance, reporting, and user verification. You’ll handle hands‑on processes such as exchange reporting, declarations, and user verification, while also assisting with audits and cost analysis. Over time, you’ll play a role in automating reporting and enhancing compliance analytics, making this an excellent path for candidates interested in both compliance and technology.

• Prepare and submit exchange reporting and declarations.
• Manage non‑professional user verification and related compliance checks.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit records.
• Analyze data to identify anomalies, risks, or optimization opportunities.
• Support automation projects in reporting and reconciliation.
• Work with relationship managers to explain compliance results to clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL, Python, or VBA familiarity is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely.
• Interest in market data policies and automation tools.

This role combines compliance accuracy with technical growth potential. Starting with hands‑on verification and reporting, you’ll have opportunities to expand into business analytics and automation, making this ideal for candidates who want to blend compliance expertise with technical skills.

This is a junior level role with a good faith salary compensation between $42,500.00 – $50,000.00 annually. Actual compensation is guided by various factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match along with vacation and sick days.

This is a full‑time position with normal Monday through Friday business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Remote within the US, ideally New York Metropolitan area.
