• Requirements & best practices Define, document, and communicate technical requirements for automation and ML-driven solutions, ensuring the use of best practices across projects.
• Model design, implementation & deployment Design, build, and deploy machine learning models (predictive analytics, anomaly detection, intelligent workflows, etc.) to optimize business processes and workflows.
• Testing, monitoring & improvement Run experiments, test models, and refine them to improve accuracy, scalability, and automation reliability. Train, retrain, and monitor ML systems in production to ensure consistent performance and adaptability.
• Data analysis & automation opportunities Analyze large, complex datasets to identify automation opportunities, validate models, and support decision-making with statistical insights.
• Automation pipelines & integration Develop and maintain automation pipelines to reduce manual tasks and integrate ML models into enterprise applications, APIs, RPA platforms, and cloud services.
• Collaboration & consulting Collaborate with managers, process owners, data engineers, and software developers to translate business requirements into ML-driven solutions and ensure seamless integration into operations.
• Frameworks & scalability Extend and customize existing ML libraries and frameworks to support process automation needs. Optimize automation pipelines for performance, scalability, and sustainability.
• Communication & knowledge sharing Translate complex ML and automation concepts into clear explanations for non-technical stakeholders. Document automation flows, ML logic, and best practices to support reproducibility and continuous improvement.

• Education & background Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience developing and deploying ML solutions, ideally applied to process automation, operations, or business optimization. Solid foundations in applied machine learning, data mining, and data visualization techniques.
• Programming & technical expertise Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch).
