This is a full-time hybrid role for a Network Support Specialist at Automate IT Inc. The Network Support Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining network systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and optimizing networking operations. While the role is mainly located in Nashville, TN, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications- Network Administration and Troubleshooting skills
- Technical Support expertise
- Knowledge of Network Security principles
- Experience in Networking technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong skills in Sonicwalls, CISCO, Fortigate, Ubiquiti
