Position

Account Executive, Health Systems – Southern California Region (remote with up to 75% travel). The role is an individual‑contributor hunter responsible for building large enterprise partnerships with integrated delivery networks.

Job Description
  • Get in front of health system “C‑suite” and drive strategic conversations around large enterprise partnerships while building clinical demand for the probe and workflow solution at the ground level (departments/service lines within hospitals).
  • Create a strategic sales plan, build your pipeline, identify new sales opportunities within your territory, and close business to meet or exceed your defined quota.
  • Manage a continuous forecast through  using the defined process and procedures for tracking opportunities, activities, and tasks.
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of the healthcare landscape, including value‑based care delivery, fee‑for‑service, technology integrations, physician workflow, and payers.
  • Work effectively in an entrepreneurial, agile, and fast‑paced environment.
  • Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience selling medical SaaS or a combination of medical device and SaaS into health systems while managing your own territory.
  • Strong Rolodex of C‑suite relationships within the healthcare market and ability to leverage those relationships for new partnerships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, customer service, relationship management, time management, and team‑building skills.
  • Expert in administrative technology:
    Salesforce CRM, G Suite, Slack, Asana, and other tools.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Proven track record managing a quota and pipeline.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Preferable but not required:

  • Experience selling both hardware and software into integrated delivery networks.
  • Intellectually curious, strategic, and thrive on diving into complex problems.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced startup.
  • History of exceeding sales targets with $1M–$2M in revenue.

Location

The position is remote with up to 75% travel. The candidate must already reside in the Southern California region (Los Angeles or surrounding areas, or Orange County).
