We are developing a cutting-edge platform that enables virtual employees for medium and large enterprises across various industries. Our solution leverages advanced conversational AI, large language models (LLMs), and natural language and speech processing technologies.

Our team has extensive experience in generative AI (GenAI) and specialized expertise in machine learning and speech technologies. We have previously developed voice assistants like Alexa and Siri for local markets and created our own GPT technology prior to the release of ChatGPT.

Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (Senior) Marketing Operations Manager to join our dynamic start up. This is a critical role for our growing team, requiring a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. You would be responsible for building our marketing hub (Hub Spot) from the ground up, optimizing our marketing funnel, and establishing all new processes. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be instrumental in defining and implementing the tools, processes, and analytics that drive our marketing success and ultimately the success of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Hub Spot Development & Management:
    • Design, implement, and maintain our Hub Spot instance from scratch, including CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub (as needed).
    • Configure and optimize Hub Spot tools such as landing pages, forms, workflows, email templates, reporting dashboards, and lead scoring models.
    • Ensure data integrity and cleanliness within Hub Spot.
  • Marketing Funnel Optimization:
    • Develop and manage the end-to-end marketing funnel, from lead generation to customer retention.
    • Identify and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
    • Work closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment.
  • Define, document, and implement new marketing operations processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish best practices for lead management, campaign execution, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine existing processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing performance dashboards and reports.
    • Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Nurture Email Strategy & Execution:
    • Implement multi-channel nurture campaigns in partnership with content and product marketing.
    • Segment audiences and personalize content to maximize engagement.
    • A/B test email content and subject lines to optimize performance.
    • Nice to have:
      Write compelling and effective nurture emails that guide leads through the buyer's journey.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing operations with overall business objectives.
    • Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on Hub Spot and new processes.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on Hub Spot.
  • Proven experience building and optimizing Hub Spot instances from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead management, and the marketing funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally with a proven ability to write effective marketing copy.
  • Hub Spot certifications (e.g., Inbound, Marketing Software, Sales Software) are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
