• You will set up and continuously develop monitoring systems for Linux and Windows environments - both in the data center and in the cloud.
• You keep an eye on complex SAP landscapes including their interfaces.
• You create scripts, reports and evaluations and deliver real added value. You set up checks, thresholds and reporting paths and ensure that alerts reliably reach the right places.
• You take on customer requirements, provide sound advice and deliver realistic cost estimates.
• You rethink processes, document them in a comprehensible manner and optimize existing ones.
• You actively develop the monitoring landscape - administratively, technically and architecturally.

• Completed training in IT administration and experience in a comparable environment.
• Practice in dealing with Icinga2 - from setup to optimization.
• Knowledge of Python, PHP, Shell/Power Shell and working with MySQL
  - Experience with Windows, Linux and common cloud environments.
• Analytical thinking, clear communication and enjoyment of teamwork.
• A careful, structured way of working without losing sight of the essentials.
• Service orientation and professional cooperation with internal and external customers.
• Very good knowledge of English.
