Job DescriptionDPR Construction is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Enterprise Technology Systems (ETS) – Architecture & Development team.
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead and mentor a team of IT developers and other architects leveraging enterprise systems and integration technologies. Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with management to evaluate business needs, defining technical requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions. You should have expertise in platforms such as HRIS (e.g., Workday), ERP (e.g., Oracle, CMIC), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Cosential).
Additionally, experience in designing, building, and supporting integrations between enterprise systems using technologies like Boomi or developing custom integrations is required.
You will be responsible for executing proof of concept work, leading complex implementations, and managing the software development lifecycle. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of enterprise systems, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential.
Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 10+ years in IT, with 3+ years as a Solutions Architect
- 7+ years with ERP systems like Oracle or MS Dynamics
- 5+ years with relational databases
- 3+ years with HRIS platforms, including implementation and integration
- Proven leadership and mentoring experience
- 3+ years with integration platforms such as Jitterbit, Boomi, or Workato
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure
- Knowledge of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
- Experience with containerized solutions
- Strong documentation skills
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of finance processes within ERP
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Certified, Oracle Certified)
- Data governance experience
- Construction industry experience
- Prolonged sitting/standing at a computer
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
- Occasional domestic travel
- Hybrid role with remote work and onsite meetings
