What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Engage with customers to understand their business goals and provide strategic guidance
  • Develop and implement customer success plans to drive value from legal AI solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to design tailored workflows that address their specific challenges
  • Lead executive business reviews to assess value delivered and establish future roadmaps
  • Advocate for customer needs by providing feedback to internal teams for product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Formal legal education (JD) or substantial experience in legal technology or with legal professionals
  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or related roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with legal technology or AI-driven platforms
  • Proactive and customer-centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Global and large law experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams
