As the Prime LMS Lead Consultant, you will serve as the primary solution advisor across engagements, leading functional design decisions, facilitating workshops, and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment. While this is not a formal people management role, you are expected to set execution standards, model consulting excellence, and coach others through example.

Location:

This is a remote position (within the United States), or you can work from one of our offices in Yarmouth, ME;
Shawnee, KS; or Orlando, FL.

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position will likely be $115,000 - $160,000. However, compensation above or below that range may be offered depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead solution strategy and design by assessing current-state processes and defining future-state architectures.

Facilitate structured client workshops and decision-making sessions with clear agendas and documented outcomes.

Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery quality, timelines, and issue resolution across engagements.

Translate complex business requirements into actionable configuration designs with advisory input on best practices.

Influence stakeholders through structured recommendations, presenting implications and trade-offs clearly.

Support pre-sales activities as needed by contributing to solution proposals and participating in demonstrations.

Coach junior consultants informally through feedback, deliverable reviews, and real-time guidance.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to independently lead client conversations and maintain executive trust.

Strong advisory mindset with the ability to present structured recommendations and influence decisions.

Excellent facilitation skills with the discipline to drive meetings toward clear outcomes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on clarity and precision.

High personal accountability with a track record of anticipating risks and resolving delivery blockers.

Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with minimal oversight.

Strong business acumen and understanding of HR and Talent Management processes.

Education and Experience:

SAP Success Factors Learning Management Certification — Associate or Professional preferred

Additional SAP Success Factors module certifications preferred

4–5+ years of hands-on SAP Success Factors Learning implementation experience

Led 4–6+ medium-to-large-scale projects as primary functional lead

Experience with Plateau Report Designer (PRD), Open Content Network (OCN), or virtual learning integrations preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field

Physical Requirements:

This position requires periods of sitting at a desk, standing, and working on a computer.
