Role DescriptionWe are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead for a full‑time, hybrid role based in the Washington DC‑Baltimore Area, with the opportunity to work from home as needed. In this role, you will oversee the implementation and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, lead analysis of business processes, and support integration efforts. You will work closely with clients to provide expert consulting, manage functional configurations, and troubleshoot issues while ensuring successful delivery of HCM projects.
Additionally, you will engage in developing best practices and improve enterprise‑wide workflows to align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle HR, and Oracle Applications, with a deep understanding of system configurations and functionalities
- Strong skills in business process analysis and optimization, focusing on HR systems and workflows
- Experience with consulting and client relationship management, including communication and strategic planning
- Knowledge of system integration methodologies for Oracle and other enterprise applications
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide expert guidance to cross‑functional teams
- Relevant experience in implementing Oracle Cloud solutions;
Oracle certifications are a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have implemented Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Global Payroll, Journeys, Oracle Payroll Interface, Workforce Scheduling
