- Work closely with Channel/VAR/Reseller/Solution Provider Partners, their Solution Architects and Sales Engineers to promote and further Crowd Strike Alliances growth.
- Develop and promote Partner/Client self-service solutions. Train and educate partner SE and Sales staff about Crowd Strike solutions and integrations.
- Drive effective and compliant adoption of partner not-for-resale environments for customer demonstrations and internal training.
- Lead partners to achieve and aim to exceed accreditation and certification requirements.
- In conjunction with Alliances team, achieve and aim to exceed assigned quarterly revenue targets.
- In conjunction with Alliances team, act as liaison between partner and Crowd Strike Sales/SE teams to overcome obstacles, assist with deal cycle, and identify opportunity for partners to add value.
- Work with other Solution Architects to build out and grow SA process standards.
- Assist partner team members to accomplish Crowd Strike training and certifications. Shadow partners in live deployments, including installations, troubleshooting and training for Crowd Strike products.
- Help partners deploy Crowd Strike to lab environments and resources.
- Assist with demo environments, ensuring partners have the necessary training and technology to demonstrate to prospects and current customers.
- Lead and consult with partners on effective testing and POC/POV methodologies relevant to modern attack techniques.
- Utilize technology integrations in the partner’s portfolio to create additional paths to growth. Identify and develop opportunities to enable partner-led professional services.
- Develop, adapt, translate and deliver content and messaging as part of executing partner joint marketing plan activities.
- Develop and execute strategic and focused technical enablement plans.
- Act as an interface between cross-functional internal teams to resolve issues.
- Provide reporting and feedback on partner field activities.
- Participate in events such as security conferences, lunch & learns, and partner-sponsored events.
- Significant technical capability and experience in modern security platforms.
- Knowledge in some of the following areas:
Cloud security, endpoint detection and response, modern attack landscape, Threat Intelligence, Security Operations, Incident Response, Endpoint Management, Identity Protection, and Computer Forensics. - Experience in a security-focused solution architect, sales engineer or similar role.
- Strong fundamentals in network engineering: OSI model, IP routing/switching, DNS, HTTPS/SSL/TLS, etc.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems and systems administration.
- Familiarity with modern attack techniques, various hacking and exploitation tools and methodologies, common malware families, and Anti-Virus / IDS / IPS evasion techniques.
- Understanding of SOC operations and IT Process Automation / Orchestration.
- Relentless problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including senior executives.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 40%.
