We are seeking an experienced Desktop Engineer (3rd Shift) to join Client's 24x7 IT Support team. This fully remote position is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware/software systems.

• Provide overnight technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve end-user incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Utilize ticketing system to log and manage service requests.
• Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange configurations.
• Support and troubleshoot network printers and MDM platforms (Airwatch preferred).
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with IT teams and vendors on system maintenance and repair.
• Participate in on-call rotations covering one weekend shift and holidays when required.
• Follow ITIL processes, including Incident, Request, and Change management.
• Open outage bridges and escalate major incidents when needed.

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer service background.
• Ability to work independently on the 3rd shift with minimal supervision.
