Role Summary

- Build and scale AI-powered contract management solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and data science teams.
- Own and operate key areas of the platform (“you build it, you run it”).
- 6+ years in software engineering.
- Strong experience with Python and Type Script (NestJS, FastAPI, Flask, Django).
- Proficiency with RDBMS and No
SQL databases. - Skilled in API development, cloud environments (AWS), Docker, and Terraform.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Dev Ops, and modern distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills, especially with legal professionals.
- Experience leading projects and participating in on-call rotations.
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and innovation-driven.
- Flexible work model: ~50% in-office
