Technical Training Specialist - US Remote

• Deliver technical training classes for customers, partners, and employees across North America
• Collaborate with NA Training Consultants and other teams to ensure effective training delivery
• Develop, plan, and execute training events, including testing and maintaining a lab environment
• Provide training recommendations during customer planning meetings
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective knowledge transfer and relationship building

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of technical experience with ASTRO/P25 communication systems
• 5+ years of practical technical experience
• 3+ years of technical training experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Associate's degree in Adult Education Networking, or similar
• Training Certification or Training Development Experience
• Working knowledge of voice communications systems, with a focus on VoIP Dispatch Console, LMR, and PBX technology
• Practical experience with Dispatch Console Sites, RF Sites, Key Management Facility & Encryption in P25 Public Safety Communications Systems
