What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead cross-functional teams to investigate and remediate privacy incidents, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with enterprise privacy policies
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate current and emerging privacy risks across the organization
  • Develop and deliver engaging privacy and information management education for business and technical audiences
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments of data use by internal stakeholders and vendors
  • Manage and respond to data subject access requests while supporting monitoring and testing of privacy controls
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Strong background in privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance, with knowledge of U.S. privacy laws such as HIPAA, GLBA, and CCPA
  • Ability to simplify complex subject matter and adapt communication methods to various audiences
  • Strategic and analytical mindset focused on compliant business solutions and effective project management
  • Foundational understanding of digital privacy, Generative AI, and data governance
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 2-4 years of experience in privacy compliance
  • Familiarity with financial services, insurance, health, or banking sectors
  • CIPP/US, CIPM, CIPT, or equivalent privacy or security certifications
  • General knowledge of technologies required to assess and deploy privacy solutions
