Job title: GTM Solutions Architect

Compensation: $140,000-$160,000 per year

Location: Omaha, NE – Hybrid or United States – Remote

The job:
As a Go-To-Market (GTM) Solutions Architect at Buildertrend, you’ll shape the technology that powers how our revenue team connects with customers and drives growth. Your work ensures our GTM systems are scalable, secure, and optimized to support every stage of the customer lifecycle. By bridging business strategy and technical design, your work will guide how data flows, tools integrate, and teams operate with informed decisions that drive growth.

What you will do:

• Design and maintain stable, scalable architecture across GTM systems that support growth and operational excellence.
• Lead proofs of concept and define best practices for technical design and implementation across GTM platforms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions within Salesforce, Gainsight, and other GTM systems.
• Guide integration efforts across CRM, marketing automation, customer success platforms, and data warehouses.
• Influence technical direction with a focus on scalability, usability, security, and simplicity.
• Champion data governance by defining standards and processes that ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with R&D and IT teams to build integrations, improve data flow, and optimize platform performance.

Who you are and what you need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7 years of experience working with GTM systems such as CRM, marketing automation, and customer success platforms.
• 4-6 years of experience as a solutions architect.
• Proficiency in modern enterprise integration strategies, including event-driven architectures, RESTful API design, and cloud-native integration solutions.
• Expertise in solution design, proofs of concept, and implementation best practices.
• Experience with CRM and sales technology tools, including Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
