Web Developer​/Designer

Web Developer/Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. Assess and enhance AI systems’ understanding of design outputs – interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences.

In this role you evaluate AI-generated UI/UX designs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s aesthetic, usability, and creative quality. Your insights shape how future AI tools support designers.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position.
• Choose projects and work on your own schedule.
• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hr; design‑focused projects at $40+ USD/hr with bonuses for exceptional work.

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals.
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design.

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Payment is made via Pay Pal. Only applicants located in the United States are considered. This is an independent contract position.
