Overview

. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model. You should have expert-level writing, editing, and language use, with related skills in research and fact-checking.

This is a remote position. Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for money from you. Pay Pal will handle currency conversions from USD. This is an independent contract position. Only applicants in the United States will be considered.

- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
