Location: Hybrid in Denver

Compensation: $120K–$130K base + performance bonus

Role Type: Full-time permanent – stable role with room for growth

We’re partnering with a national healthcare company to add a Data Analytics Engineer to their Shared Services Data Team. This position supports multiple subsidiaries, providing broad exposure to various business areas and clear paths for professional development.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models for efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Support data governance to maintain quality and consistency.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to support leadership decision‑making.
• Standardize data from systems like EHR, Finance, and CRM into unified models.

• 2+ years in data or business analysis.
• 3+ years of SQL experience.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and warehousing.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience owning projects from start to finish.

Experience with Snowflake, Power BI or Tableau, DBT, Python, Git, AGILE methodologies, or healthcare/claims data (including HIPAA compliance).

This hybrid role requires 2 days per week onsite in our Denver office, with flexibility for remote work.
