is looking for a strategic and highly analytical AI Product Manager to lead the creation, development, and continuous improvement of AI‑powered products. You will define product vision, translate ideas into actionable roadmaps, and work closely with AI researchers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful, intelligent solutions.

Your work will drive product innovation for Codertal’s international clients and help shape how AI is applied across digital platforms, services, and enterprise environments.

• Define product strategy and roadmap for AI‑driven features and platforms.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and turn them into clear product specifications.

Oversee end‑to‑end product lifecycle: ideation, prototyping, testing, and release.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user needs.
• Analyze product performance and leverage data to guide future decisions.
• Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data protection, and industry standards.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with AI/ML products.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, AI systems, and product development processes.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate complex concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with user research, feature prioritization, and data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, and ethical AI considerations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Intermediate to high level of English.
• Must be located within the European Union.
