Join EY as an AI & Machine Learning Engineering Consultant – Manager to partner with clients across a range of industries. You will deliver scalable AI solutions, drive innovation, and influence client strategy in a fast-paced consulting environment.

• Lead delivery of end‑to‑end AI projects, from scoping and architecture design to production deployment.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and model pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance and XOps best practices.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers and client subject‑matter experts to translate complex business problems into AI solutions.
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing technical team, providing coaching, performance feedback and career development.
• Identify and propose additional service opportunities, managing engagement economics and client relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field;
  Master’s preferred.
• 6‑10 years of experience in AI, Data Science or Machine Learning, with 2‑4 years of technical team management.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, and experience building production‑grade ML models on cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices, CI/CD, model monitoring, and model retraining pipelines.
• Experience with Generative AI frameworks (OpenAI, Langchain, Retrieval Augmented Generation) and natural language processing.
• Excellent communication, client engagement and leadership skills.

• Advanced Python, SQL, Spark, Pandas and deep learning libraries.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, GCP) and dev‑ops tools (Git, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD).
• Data engineering, data pipeline design and data quality best practices.
• Model monitoring, observability, and MLOps workflow orchestration.

• Competitive base salary range $125,500 – $230,200 (US geographic variation).
