Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Senior Solution Consultant to join our growing team, specializing in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions using the company’s platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing scalable workflows, and translating customer needs into comprehensive Solution Design Documents (SDDs). You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients streamline their contracting processes and integrate seamlessly into their broader tech ecosystem.

• Translate customer requirements into detailed Solution Design Documents (SDDs) to optimize CLM workflows on the company's platform
• Map existing customer tech landscapes to ensure seamless company’s platform integration.
• Design end-to-end automated contract workflows using best practices and system integration.
• Create comprehensive process flows, data mappings, and specs to drive successful implementation.
• Align technical configurations with business needs through close collaboration with delivery teams.
• Serve as a trusted CLM expert to ensure scalable and successful customer outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships from operational teams to C-level executives.
• Advocate for customer needs across Sales and Product teams to shape solution strategy and roadmap.
• Provide UAT, configuration, and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Recommend innovative improvements based on emerging tech trends and company’s platform updates.
• Proactively manage expectations and resolve implementation challenges with clear communication.
