** About the Role
**** What You'll Do:
*** Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
* Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
* Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
* Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry.
* Work with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that support our sales efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.
** What You'll Need:
*** Experienced in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
* Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
* Can easily articulate complex security problems to a set of audiences
* Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
* Can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering; the Sales Engineer should be the technical bridge between Crowd Strike and prospects/customers
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
* Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references
* Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process and how to effectively communicate technical solutions to customers and prospects.

* Skills and Experience:

*** Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
* Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
* Ability to travel as required

* Bonus Points:
*** Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
* Experience with programming or scripting languages such as Power Shell, Python, and Bash
* Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
* Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
* Understanding of the OSI model
* Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS#LI - Remote#LI-SL1#LI-AB3
