This position is 70% remote

• Review existing Legacy Systems to be integrated with ITBA as well as data requirements for each datasource. Data Sources include: IPSoft, Service Now, EMC SRM, Arcsight, Aruba Airewave, Hobbit/Xymon, F5 Net Mgr, HP SA, HP OO.
• Review current supported Views for data requirements:
  Interaction Management, Change Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, Performance Management, Customer Command Center.
• Design overall solution Data Model (Extended Data Model) for the entire Project, ensuring that the Extended Data Model leverages the out of the box ITBA (OOTB) data model as well as eBI/eSODA Data Model.
• Design a list of ITBA Dashboards (Views) to replace required views from above.
• Define at a high level Scorecards/KPIs as follows:
  Server Management — 1 Scorecard and up to 10 KPIs;
  Network Management — 1 Scorecard and up to 5 KPIs;
  Storage Management — 1 Scorecard and up to 5 KPIs;
  Service Management — 1 Scorecard and up to 10 KPIs;
  Application Health Management — 1 Scorecard and up to 10 KPIs.
