• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with multiple operating systems such as Windows and Linux in a Virtual environment.
• Experience with migrations from on-premises to hosted cloud solutions such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking, firewall concepts, VLANs, IT Security, and storage solutions.
• Ability to manage and coordinate remote staff from multiple locations and oversee implementation of technical solutions.
• Detail orientation and strong organizational skills.
• Maturity of judgment under pressure/ability to resolve problems in a timely, effective manner.
• Flexibility and ability to handle varied functions/conflicting demands.
• Good written/report writing and verbal communication skills demonstrating clarity.

• Familiarity with project workplan software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• Experience with Title XIX or XXI healthcare programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, or Commercial Healthcare.
• Familiarity with systems life cycle methodology.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise application installs and upgrades.
• Experience with backup/recovery systems and disaster recovery processes.
