Base salary range: $142,600 – $261,500 per year

EY seeks a Technology Business Analysis Manager to bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will analyze business models, capture requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions
• Maintain billable client charging and lead delivery streams
• Manage projects and engage with external clients daily; travel may be required

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or work streams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, documentation, and functional design
• Consistently deliver client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish and maintain client relationships at appropriate levels
• Demonstrate strong decision‑making skills in solving complex problems
• Modify policies and establish procedures within scope of work

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4–6 years of relevant experience working with SAP Project Systems; deep knowledge of other SAP Finance modules is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and leading hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model is desirable

• Prior consulting industry experience
• SAP Certification(s) (e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems)
• At least three full‑cycle implementations of core SAP Finance module
• Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making approach
