Data Analyst, Systems Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-starting Business Analyst to join a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare data platform team. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of experience and excel in both technical and soft skills, demonstrating strong initiative, analytical thinking, and communication abilities. This role requires a balance of business acumen, technical expertise, and adaptability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the U.S., Poland, Ukraine, and India.
Responsibilities- Act as a key liaison between on‑site leadership, product owners, architects, and offshore development teams.
- Elicit, document, and manage business and technical requirements through Agile practices (user stories, backlog management, sprint planning).
- Analyze, refine, and communicate requirements effectively to ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation.
- Collaborate on the design and delivery of solutions for a healthcare research portal and AWS‑based data infrastructure.
- Produce high‑quality documentation, workflows, and user guides to support SDLC and UAT/smoke testing activities.
- 4–8 years as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast‑paced Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks, with hands‑on experience in backlog management, user stories, and sprint execution.
- Familiarity with AWS fundamentals, UX and design tools (e.g., React, Figma), and visualization tools such as Power BI or Snowflake.
- Exceptional ability to communicate across technical and non‑technical teams, facilitating clear documentation and alignment.
- Knowledge of UAT, smoke testing, and general QA processes.
- Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or regulated industries is a plus.
- Independent, curious, and resourceful with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
You’ll join a hybrid team supporting both a research portal and AWS data infrastructure. The environment demands collaboration across global teams and requires someone who can bridge communication gaps and drive clarity in complex, technical settings. Independently manage assignments with minimal oversight, translating high‑level requests into actionable outcomes. Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features while maintaining strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
Coordinate effectively with global teams within condensed meeting windows and adapt to changing project needs.
