AI Support Engineer

We’re seeking an AI technical support specialist to join Blink.new – the AI app creation platform that builds full stack AI apps and websites in seconds.

As the AI Support Engineer, you are the point person for helping users with any questions they may have while building their websites or apps using Blink. You work as the trusted advisor to each builder, helping them with any questions/bugs/issues they may face, so they can continue their entrepreneurial journey with your help.

• Experience developing websites, web apps, mobile apps
• Have basic understanding of React / React Native (at least one)
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English
• Power user of ChatGPT / Claude and can write great prompts easily
• Understand basic frontend / backend / database / authentication / hosting concepts

• 2 - 5 years of frontend / backend web development experience
• Technical support experience at technology companies
• You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them solve engineering problems
