Senior Data Analyst - Remote Optional

• Design, build, and maintain datasets, dashboards, and reports to monitor key business metrics
• Write complex SQL queries to retrieve, wrangle, and transform data from multiple sources
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs and build meaningful data products
• Independently manage analysis projects from discovery through delivery, including stakeholder alignment
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles
• Minimum of 2 years of experience writing advanced SQL and working with relational databases
• Demonstrated experience in one or more visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of articulating complex findings clearly

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis (Pandas, Num Py, Matplotlib)
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, regressions, and other statistical methods
• Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to lead data initiatives and coordinate cross-functional collaboration
