Your key responsibilities:- Diagnose & Prioritize:
Conduct in‑depth funnel analysis across all Paradox touchpoints – landing pages, checkout flows, onboarding journeys, and community platforms – identify friction points and prioritize with frameworks (PIE, ICE). - Design & Run Experiments:
Plan, implement, and manage A/B and multivariate tests end‑to‑end from hypothesis definition to variant development and post‑test analysis. Collaborate with UX, Dev, and Product teams to deploy clean, validated experiments. - Analyze & Communicate:
Extract actionable insights from analytics dashboards (GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio). Present findings with clarity and influence decision‑making at the highest level. - Optimize User
Experience:
Combine quantitative data (heatmaps, session recordings, analytics) with qualitative feedback (user tests, surveys) to improve flow, trust, and engagement across key funnels. - Systemize Growth Learnings:
Build and maintain a central CRO knowledge base documenting test hypotheses, outcomes, and learnings. Create templates, SOPs, and playbooks to scale what works.
GA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and any tool that unlocks hidden insights.
Experience- 3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably in SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.
- Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that delivered measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.
- Curiosity: relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do to uncover deeper insights.
- Precision: care about clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.
- Agility: move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.
- French:
Native or bilingual. - English:
Fluent, sufficient for detailed conversations; written communication is in English.
