What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
  • Drive customer engagement and adoption of Domino Cloud among existing customers
  • Collaborate with teams to automate customer success initiatives and enhance the client experience
  • Identify upsell opportunities and secure renewals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Report and communicate business risks, developing resolution strategies when needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client‑facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Project Manager
  • Experience in a SaaS/AI environment preferred
  • Technical aptitude to understand and communicate Domino's product offerings
  • Proven track record of exceeding performance goals
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Familiarity with relevant market products such as Cloudera, Databricks, Sagemaker, Google, SAS, or other ML/Analytics Solutions
  • Experience managing multiple accounts effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a high level of comfort speaking with executives at enterprise companies
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
  • A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve and learn
