The following requirements must be met:

• Custom reports will work with the current version of the tool. Version or service pack upgrades might cause reports to not function as expected.
• Files can arrive at any time of day but must be consistent.
• Daily sync reports should contain only active users, with a header row (case-sensitive):
  Column A = User Id, Column B = Role Name.
• Inactivity Feed Reports should contain only active users whose last login date is greater than 180 days.
• Results will display one row per user/role combination.
• Both feeds must arrive every day, including weekends and holidays.
• Reports might use SQL or SQL procedures that need to be created in the HPE SA database.
• Oracle batch jobs might be used to run SQL procedures as scheduled, with DBA assistance if required.
• Java API might be used if required, with system administrator assistance.
