AI Enablement Lead

Tech To The Rescue is seeking an exceptional AI Enablement Lead to spearhead our transformation into an AI-first social impact platform. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—responsible for enabling AI adoption across our organization while delivering knowledge, tools, and inspiration to our global ecosystem of 5,000+ changemakers.

As we evolve from traditional pro bono tech matching to holistic AI enablement for social impact organizations
, this role is critical in scaling our ability to help nonprofits multiply their impact by 5x through strategic, ethical, and accessible AI transformation.

Internal AI Transformation (25%)

Support TTTR’s transition into an AI-native organization by providing technical consultation across teams.

Partner with the Internal AI Transformation Lead to guide strategic planning and roadmap execution.

Support and contribute to team-wide AI training efforts focused on practical adoption and technical confidence.

Ecosystem AI Education & Enablement (35%)

Design and deliver AI education content for nonprofits
, including webinars, workshops, and hands‑on resources.

Develop and maintain transformation accelerator
curriculum focused on applied AI for social impact.

Act as a thought leader and educator in conferences, panels, and public‑facing events.

AI Innovation & Community Building (15%)

Lead prototyping and experimental AI initiatives to explore novel applications in nonprofit settings.

Build and engage a community of AI practitioners, researchers, and tinkerers focused on social good.

Launch open‑source tools or resources that can be shared across the nonprofit ecosystem
.

Scaling Lab Collaboration (25%)

Act as a technical advisor to the Scaling Lab product team
, offering strategic input on AI feature development.

Help define technical architecture and infrastructure for scalable AI implementation.

Set standards for AI quality, ethics, and long‑term performance in product development.

Strategic Partnerships (10%)

Shape and manage partnerships with leading AI companies and open‑source communities.

Identify mutual value propositions to deepen collaborations with tech companies.

Oversee high‑quality, mission‑aligned integration of AI partner technologies.

Must‑Haves:

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AI/ML tools and technologies, including LLMs and automation platforms.
• Proven track record implementing AI solutions in real organizational or product contexts.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible language for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation or AI strategy initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to build and engage technical or innovation‑focused communities

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English (C1+); comfortable in a remote, fast‑moving team.
