The Principal Technologist Corporate Applications and Manager of EASSM Projects is responsible for delivery of very large high‑risk programs with multimillion dollar cost impacts and multi‑year delivery schedules. This role will lead cross‑departmental, multi‑technology initiatives, ensuring financial performance & forecasting, and provide Tier 2 support for key corporate applications.

Work will be onsite in Wilmington, DE. Requests for remote work will be reviewed, not guaranteed.

• Present project status and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Manage and prioritize multiple project responsibilities simultaneously.
• Coordinate multiple project teams, vendors, and assets to ensure timely and cost‑effective sequencing and execution of critical path milestones across several inter‑dependent projects within assigned program and overall portfolio.
• Identify and manage assessment of major changes to scope, schedule, and budget through the appropriate Program and Enterprise governance approval mechanisms.
• Cultivate collaborative partnership among stakeholders to enable scoping, financial, and resource decisions.
• Ensure that program financial performance and forecasting information is available and reportable for senior executives and government regulators.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field with 7 years relevant experience including relationship management, program management, financial management, and technology product delivery.
• Experience with SAP Financial modules, demonstrated experience in leveraging these technology themes to drive business value.
• Demonstrated experience working with matrixed and distributed technology teams to provide the appropriate level of SLA for business‑critical systems.
• Experience managing critical systems that require 24/7/365 days a year uptime and are expected to perform against the agreed upon metrics.
• Experience delivering concurrent complex IT initiatives on time and within budget.
• Experience coaching teams through organizational and process changes.
• Work is performed onsite in Wilmington, DE.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant experience.
• Plus 9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working in transportation, travel, hospitality or high‑tech industry.
• PMP certified.
• Agile certified.
• LEAN/6 Sigma experience and/or certification.
• Master’s Degree.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player; self‑motivated.
• Ability to translate and communicate complex technical issues into language that senior business executives can easily comprehend.
• Strong proven financial management skills and experience managing annual operating and capital budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant technologies, systems, and methodologies; stays updated on emerging trends.
