Job Title: Workday Consultant

Client

Location:

Knoxville, TN / Remote Position

Duration: 3+ Months (potential extension)

Location Preference: Preferably in Eastern or Central time zones;
Western zone accommodations possible.

Requirements: Active, recent Workday experience in an IT role. No travel required. Focus on Workday Talent.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the Workday application.
• Expertise in Talent modules: giving and receiving feedback, mid-year updates, performance assessments, co-authoring, assessing potential, and talent pools.
• Demonstrate new capabilities to HR stakeholders as a Configurator.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Provide production support assistance when needed.
• Consult on new release functionalities.
• Workday certification required.
