Join EY to help clients with Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management (PAM) services.

Lead multiple client engagements, deliver business and technical solutions, and drive client growth.

• Conduct privileged access management assessments.
• Develop PAM strategy, road‑maps, policies, and governance.
• Design, implement, and migrate PAM solutions.
• Analyse vendors and conduct business reviews.
• Automate operations and improve processes.
• Lead and mentor engagement teams.
• Produce high‑quality client deliverables on time and within budget.
• Support business development opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree related field and 5 years of experience, OR graduate degree and 4 years of experience.
• Experience with PAM technologies (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea, Hashi Corp) and role‑based access control.
• Knowledge of secret management (Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab, Kubernetes, Terraform), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Proficient in Windows, Linux, Unix; familiarity with IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt); scripting (Power Shell, Java, C#).
• Understanding of access control concepts – directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI.
• Process definition, workflow design, and mapping skills.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; passport and willingness to travel up to 60% of time.

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or similar.
• Vendor certifications in Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea, Hashi Corp.

• Base salary range $104,800 – $192,200 (U.S. general) with higher ranges for major metros.
