Job Summary:

The Cigna Group is dedicated to improving health and vitality through its services. They are seeking a Product Strategy Advisor to act as a liaison between experience design and software engineering, focusing on developing personalized email campaigns using SaaS technologies and managing email management tools.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a conduit between experience design and software engineering.

• Develop and design technologies that involve Content Management System technologies.

• Assess requirements from business partners to strategize and execute the building and deployment of highly personalized email campaigns using known SaaS technologies.

• Work with designers, writers, and HTML coders to implement technologies. Support maintenance and management of campaign and transactional-based email templates, including optimization of existing programs through testing. Support technology enhancements for new and existing email programs, including collaboration with product and campaign teams to map data driving dynamic and personalized content.

• Work with IT and architecture teams to stand up and implement the necessary tools for email management.

• Participate in IT intake and Agile process to manage portfolio of projects and prioritize appropriately.

• Manage prioritization calendar for owned projects and adjust accordingly based on Enterprise goals and objectives.

• Perform A/B testing of email creative, subject lines, date/time, list segments, etc., and communicate recommendations.

• Participate in daily, weekly team and Agile meetings as needed.

• Provide status updates to cross functional teams and management.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in digital sciences, computers, or engineering plus three years of experience in software development or a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in digital sciences, computers, or engineering plus five years of experience in software development.

• Must have experience with:
Application development based on J2EE using Spring Boot, Spring, MVC, Spring IOC, Spring transactions, and Spring security modules; implementing Micro Services based on Restful API;
Hibernate ORM;
Restful Web Services;
Jenkins;
Shell scripting;
Cloud Formation Template; JSON; JS frameworks; HTML5; CSS3; XML; XSLT;
React

JS; CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment);
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
Agile methodology; JSP;
Servlets;
Cheetah Digital Suite.
