For over 50 years, Metrocare has provided a broad array of services to people with mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. * Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support application development and reporting needs.
* Build processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and meet business needs.
* Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and maintain BI solutions using T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, and Power BI.
* Experience working with large data repositories and relational databases.
* Experience with Power BI
* Ability to translate business needs, processes, and requirements into optimized data solutions.
* Ability to monitor performance of existing data jobs and address issues to ensure scalability.
* Understanding of business objectives and metrics, allowing for the alignment of analytical findings with organizational goals.
* Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
* Assist in database migration and upgrades while maintaining data integrity.
* Create and maintain documentation for data warehouse processes, data models, and architecture.
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

* Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent quantitative field experience required.
* 5+ years of experience in SQL Server or BI development.
* Strong skills in T-SQL, database design, and performance optimization.
* Proficiency with SSMS, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
* Familiarity with data modeling techniques and database normalization.
* Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Database certifications are a plus.
