Brand Designer

Position Overview

Data Annotation is hiring a Brand Designer to help train and improve cutting‑edge AI models. Your role will involve assessing how AI systems understand, generate, and evaluate design work—interfaces, layouts, visuals, and user experiences. You’ll use your design expertise to evaluate AI outputs, provide detailed feedback, and help refine the model’s sense of aesthetics, usability, and creative quality. Your insights will directly shape how next‑generation AI tools support designers.

• Full‑time or part‑time remote position
• Choose projects and work on your own schedule
• General AI training projects start at $20+ USD/hour, design‑focused projects start at $40+ USD/hour, with bonuses for exceptional work
• Payment handled via Pay Pal; we will never ask you for any money
• Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role

• Review and critique AI‑generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visuals
• Evaluate the quality of work produced by AI models for correctness and performance
• Help train models to better understand aesthetic quality and user‑centered design

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
