Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with client objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of data visualization strategies using Microsoft Power BI, ensuring insights are clear and impactful.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Drive business development activities, identifying new opportunities, and crafting proposals that showcase our analytics capabilities.
- Engage in high-level stakeholder management, maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies that contribute to the organization's goals, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Manage project portfolios, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring project progress and budgets.
- Contribute to the enhancement of analytics methodologies, tools, and practices, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team, enhancing our collective expertise in data analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field;
Master’s degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record in project execution and delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in people management, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong background in business development, with skills in identifying opportunities and crafting compelling proposals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a history of maintaining productive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Expertise in data analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to guide teams in delivering insightful analytics solutions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills, capable of driving innovation and change within the organization.
Work Location
This position requires onsite presence at client locations and/or our San Francisco office up to 2 days per week. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of the San Francisco Bay Area. This position is hybrid (partial remote/partial onsite) and is not eligible for full remote work.

Compensation
As required by California law, the base salary range for this position in San Francisco is $125,000 to $165,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
