Power Platforms Consultant

Overview

ZS Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Technology Solutions Consultant with expertise in Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and emerging technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Studio. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with a consultative approach, playing a key role in both delivering cutting-edge solutions and supporting pre-sales activities to drive business growth.

• Solution Architecture & Design:
  Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and Azure AI Studio.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical specifications, particularly focusing on AI-driven automation and insights.
• Develop and integrate custom applications, intelligent dashboards, and automated workflows that incorporate AI capabilities to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
• Implementation & Development:
  Build and deploy advanced solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Azure AI Studio, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Develop and customize Copilot applications to provide tailored, AI-powered assistance within the client’s workflows.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight during development and deployment phases, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Client Engagement & Pre-Sales Support:
  Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, including crafting proposals, presentations, and live demonstrations of Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure AI Studio solutions.
• Engage with clients to identify pain points and propose AI-driven solutions that leverage the Power Platform and Azure AI technologies.
• Assist in estimating project scope, timelines, and resources during the proposal process, particularly for AI-enabled solutions.
• Governance & Best Practices:
  Establish governance frameworks and best practices for the development, deployment, and management of Power Platform solutions, including AI and automation tools.
• Ensure that all solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with industry standards, especially concerning AI ethics and data privacy.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants on leveraging AI within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Studio, and proactively propose new solutions and optimizations to improve client outcomes.
• Contribute to ZS's internal knowledge base and best practice repositories, particularly in the context of AI and automation.
• Operations and Administration:
  Manage and optimize the operational aspects of Power Platform solutions, including performance tuning, scalability, and security.
• Oversee the deployment and lifecycle management of AI-powered tools and applications, ensuring smooth operation and integration with other systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Demonstrated experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Studio, including the integration of AI capabilities into business processes.
• Proven track record in supporting pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
• Deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in the context of Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI Studio.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services, data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
• Azure AI Engineer Associate or similar AI-related certifications (preferred).
• Any other relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus
