• Deliver customized product demonstrations for Safe Send and Sure Prep solutions
• Collaborate with sales representatives to advance sales cycles and support post-sale adoption
• Address technical questions and perform workflow analysis for prospects and customers
• Support internal training efforts and assist in creating client-facing content
• Coordinate with other business units to share customer insights and contribute to marketing campaigns

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in public accounting or tax software industry
• Strong presentation skills with effective written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to influence and build relationships across functions

• Technical aptitude with cloud-based solutions and workflow automation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Passion for helping others and driving change through technology
