• Support the design, configuration, implementation, and testing of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud solutions
• Analyze business roles and access patterns to refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
• Configure identity lifecycle events for accurate provisioning and de-provisioning
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, directories, and enterprise applications
• Provide training and documentation while engaging with stakeholders to capture IAM requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Sail Point
• Strong experience in RBAC role mining, design, and implementation
• Proven expertise in Identity Lifecycle Management processes and automation
• Familiarity with directory services (AD/LDAP) and HR systems (Workday, SAP)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for both business and technical audiences

  IQ / Identity Now certifications
• Experience with IAM integration into ITSM platforms (Service Now)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, NIST)
• Experience with workflow automation or custom rules development in Sail Point
• Exposure to cloud IAM environments (Azure AD, AWS IAM)
