• Lead and expand a team of cybersecurity experts to drive revenue growth through technical expertise
• Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales process and address customer technical needs
• Communicate evolving security challenges to diverse audiences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to enhance visibility and partnerships
• Evaluate and propose improvements to the technical sales process

• 10+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar role
• 5+ years in a Sales Engineering/Technical Sales leadership role, with prior experience as a Director or higher
• Proven experience in building, coaching, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and experience in the cybersecurity industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse external audiences

• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
• Effective time management and organizational skills
