* About the Role:

** We are seeking a highly skilled
** Lead Dev Ops Engineer
** to drive and scale our infrastructure, with a primary focus on
** Kubernetes
* * orchestration and cloud-native technologies. In this leadership role, you will architect, implement, and manage our containerized environments, ensuring performance, security, and reliability for critical applications and services.
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure.
* Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines that enable automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of microservices.
* Define and enforce best practices for containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and Kubernetes operations.
* Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to build resilient and secure cloud-native solutions.
* Drive improvements in observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Data Dog, or similar.
* Manage and mentor a team of Dev Ops engineers, ensuring technical growth and consistent delivery.
* Own and maintain Helm charts, Kubernetes manifests, and automation scripts for multi-environment deployments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in cloud and containerized environments.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and Kubernetes CNCF ecosystem advancements.

** The targeted base salary for this position is $120,700 to $180,900 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
