Job Summary:

The Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading diverse projects, conducting market analyses, and collaborating with various teams to shape the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership on a portfolio of diverse projects that have material impact on the direction and/or the operational efficiency of our lines of business.

• Ability to quickly provide structure and analysis to drive key strategic decisions

• Partner across our lines of business, Corporate Functions, and Product/ Technology Teams to help shape our strategic direction and drive cross-functional alignment

• Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential risks and opportunities

• Develop and evaluate strategic paths, using your consultants toolkit including: first-principles analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning, and hypothesis based thinking.

Qualifications:

Required:

• A strategist with 5+ years of experience developing and implementing successful corporate and/or functional strategies

• An analytical problem-solver with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• A collaborative and team-oriented player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Possessing deep financial acumen, including proficiency in Excel, navigating large data sets, and distilling complex data into actionable recommendations

• Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask

• Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

• Strong and confident communicator, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year institution with a strong academic track record

Preferred:

• An MBA or equivalent degree in business, economics, or a related field

• Experience at a top Consulting firm (i.e. McKinsey, BCG, Bain)

• Experience in B2B Payments, particularly open-loop (i.e. Visa, Mastercard) economics, technologies, and commercialization

• Prior professional experience in the Mobility, Health Benefits, or Travel verticals

• Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning
