Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Service Now Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in customizing, configuring, and developing applications on the Service Now platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, modules, and workflows on the Service Now platform.
- Configure Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and custom applications.
- Develop scripts, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to enhance functionality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Assist in testing, deployment, and post‑production support of Service Now solutions.
- Contribute to best practices, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Service Now Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Service Now platform architecture, modules, and capabilities.
- Experience with Service Now integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM workflows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Service Now Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Dev Ops practices.
