Registry Partners is looking for a Full-time IT Manager to join our virtual team! This is a remote (Home-based) position reporting to the Director of IT and Security.
Essential duties for this position include:- Manage, mentor and perform evaluations for direct reports.
- Manage IT projects and tasks assigned to direct reports.
- Serve as the lead AWS administrator in licensing, configuring, securing and supporting a small AWS VPC, EC2 (Windows), S3, Cloudwatch, Backup & Work spaces (Windows) environment.
- Serve as the lead Google Workspace administrator in licensing, configuring, securing and supporting Google Workspace accounts and resources.
- Serve as the lead Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud administrator in licensing, configuring, securing and supporting JSM.
- Manage the staging/kitting (currently done internally) inventory and imaging of 400 remote windows systems.
- Serve as escalation contact for support requests.
Duties include:
- Handle special projects as requested.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree, or higher, in the IT field or related experience.
- 2 - 5 years experience managing a technical IT team, required.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (AWS SAA) with 1 year of AWS VPC, EC2, S3, Cloudwatch, Backup & Work spaces experience, required.
- Google Workspace administration experience, required. Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification, preferred.
- Experience with staging/kitting and imaging remote windows systems (400), preferred.
- Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud administration experience, preferred.
- Virtual/remote support experience is required.
- Experience in a healthcare/HIPAA/HITECH environment, preferred.
Sitting, standing for extended periods of time, staring at a computer monitor for extended periods of time, climbing, walking, lifting 20 lbs. or more, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, crawling, stooping and crouching. Ability to learn and comprehend basic instructions and orientation to the job, motor coordination skills, coordination of eyes and hands. Ability to understand words and respond effectively.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly.
